We believe that the development review process should be predictable, streamlined, and transparent. Our approach to developing or amending/updating land use regulations is to forge a seamless partnership with community members, elected officials, staff, developers, and business owners to devise land use regulations that are simple and easy to understand for any type of customer.
We not only develop and/or update plans and codes, we use land use regulations from a variety of jurisdictions on an everyday basis while providing development review services to our municipal clients. Developing a successful land use code requires the understanding of how to efficiently assist the customer from point A (the idea) to point B (the permit). Our staff has the public sector background and experience in current planning/development review to design predictable, innovative and user-friendly land use regulations resulting in the successful implementation of the community vision.
