Design Review Services
We provide design review services to our clients to determine whether the proposed design complies with local codes, land use regulations and other local, state, federal codes and standards. We assist the design team by reviewing the required code analysis to ensure the codes and standards governing the review as clearly indicated on the plan sets. In order to ensure design review effectiveness and cost-savings we prefer to become involved in the design review as early as possible so that code discrepancies can be identified early on in the design process. Often a conceptual design review can save substantial design and construction costs as well as gives us an opportunity to present alternatives for code compliance to the design team.
